Cup winner by Peak
Bonny PEAK mare Baarlinee scored her most important success to date when she won the Bacchus Marsh Trotters Cup at Ballarat on Friday night (December 1).
Beginning brilliantly from her 10 metre handicap, the six-year-old slotted down behind the leader on settling down.
Angled to the outside in the home straight, Baarlinee sprinted strongly to the line to win by 1.7 metres.
She has now won eight races and almost $40,000 in stakes.
PEAK has sired 23 individual winners in Australia this season and progeny earnings of over $520,000.
